She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Carlson; her children, Margo Carlson Berke (Eric) and Lee Carlson (Michele); her grandchildren, Andrew Berke (Allison), Adam Berke (Rachel Weston), Alexis Berke (Mark Hutchins), Abigail Berke Parker (Matthew), Graham Carlson (Meredith Morgan) and Evan Carlson (Bailey Ferris); and her great grandchildren, Anja, Adeline Berke, Emmalynn, Everlee Parker, Eliza Hutchins and Eleanor Berke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Emmanuel Hospice Grand Rapids, The Anton Art Center in Mount Clemens, or to a charity of choice.
