He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie A. Allen and Thelma L. Pitts; his grandson Corey Rudd; and his siblings, Lorene Stevens, Roxie Allen, George Allen and Jim Allen.

He is survived by: his children, Eileen Carter (Rodney), Billy King Allen Jr., James Allen, Jessie Allen and Angel Allen; and his sisters, Glenda Zuern (Ronald), Belinda Allen (Jerry) and Bonnie Lewis (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
