He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Kruithof. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenni Smyth (Robert) and Molly Keen (Brad); his grandsons, Jonathan, Benjamin and Alex; and his in-laws, Bonnie Kruithof, Beth, Bruce McGlincy, Doug, Diane Riewald, Jim, Jayne Grant, Dave and Jodi Riewald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Oakhill Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
