He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lemke and Caroline Lemke. He is survived by: his grandson Charlie; his wife Laurie Jo; his children, Adam Lee (Justin Edward Lemke) and Holli-Noelle Caroline Dueck (Jeff); his grandchildren, Charles Torolf and Eloise Susan Dueck; his siblings, Dennis Lemke (Dee), Richard Lemke (Christine), Brian Lemke, Sue Marsh (Robert) and Beth Fogg (Wick); and his siblings-in-law, Rick Van Houten (Lisa), Vicki Heetderks (Dean) and Kathy Fryling (Curt).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Covenant Christian Reformed Church (7171 Willard Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
