She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Dave DeYoung. She is survived by: her husband Ron Helder; her children, Jeff (Sue Helder), Pam (Kevin Stevenson), Greg (Jennifer Helder), Melissa (Steve Sandel), Wendi (Chad Vostad) and Amy (Brandon Dykstra); her grandchildren, Karie, Eric Ingersoll, Caleb DeYoung, Marissa Stevenson (Xavier Daniels), Collin DeYoung, Abbi, Brant Zeerip, Jarod Dykstra (Chloe Coughlin), Megan DeYoung, Alex Vostad, Isaac Dykstra, Sam Helder, Ethan Vostad, Ellory Dykstra, Alivia Vostad, Jacob Helder and Micah Dykstra; her great grandchildren, Emelia Ingersoll and Leo Ingersoll; her brother Ron (Marilyn Oom); and her siblings-in-law, Diane, Dave Korhorn, Craig, Bev Helder, Don, Pat Helder, Doug and Avis Helder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
