We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2024, Charleen Roosien of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Charleen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charleen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband LaVerne; her parents, Berson Bowen and Theora Bowen; and her sister Beryl Dunton. She is survived by: her children, William Roosien (Jennifer), Janet Foran, Patricia Collier (Pete), Cheryl Roosien, Dawn Timmer and Richard Roosien (Staci); her brother Dan Bowen (Judith); and her brother-in-law Robert Dunton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
