He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Antwerp and Ceil Van Antwerp (Polkowski). He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Lisa Henrich (Brad) and Jonathan (Nichole); his stepchildren, Kim Spuler, Shawn Whilden and Brenda Heiser; his grandchildren, Alex, Chloe, Max, Christopher, Maddox (Isaac), Nicholas (Jenna), Matthew, Gordon, Brittany and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Piper, Bubby, Georgia, Bailey, Brystol, Bodie and Ava.
