She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Wolterstorff and Agnes (Feenstra); her brother Cornelius; her sister-in-law Leola; her brother Ivan; and her brother-in-law William Hamersma.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Yonker; her siblings, Henrietta Hamersma and Nicholas (Claire); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Wolterstorff, Ruth (Yonker) and Jack Smant; her son Jeff (Julie); her granddaughter Cassie Wielard (Ross); her great grandchildren, Madison and Brielle; her granddaughter Callae Elenbaas (Derek); her great grandchildren, Lucia and Julius; her son Stephen (Anne); her grandsons, Jonathan and Tyler (Jenna); and her great grandchild Kade.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Calvin University in her memory.
