Cornelius Baas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelius Baas of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude; his grandson Jason Hassevoort; and his brother Clarence Baas. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbra Hassevoort and Debra Way; and his grandchildren, Eric Hassevoort, Stacey Blomeling (Jody) and Jodi Wolters. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; extended family and many friends.
