He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Frederick, Jennifer Vander Molen, Benjamin and Stacy Vander Molen; his grandchildren, Meredith, Maison and Makayla; and his sister Phyllis Reed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
