He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Lake; his sister-in-law Teresa Lake; and his nephew Corey Lake. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Lake; his children, Zachary D. Lake, Madelyn J. Lake, A. Grace Lake, Amber Lumbert and Ashlee Holliday; his grandchildren, Brentley D. Lake and Hazelee L. Lake; his siblings, Dawn Klinesmith (Jeff), Dirk Lake (Laurie) and Dale Lake (Patti); and his in-laws, John, Marilyn Feigel, David and Jena Feigel. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and lifelong friends.
