He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Holmquist and Gale Holmquist. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill (Jean Holmquist), Tom (Janet Holmquist), Jim (Lonnie Holmquist) and Joanne (Charles DeWinter); and his brother-in-law Tom Hoover.
