He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Hendrickson (Rick) and Angela Boonstra; his grandchildren, Zachery Hendrickson (Jilly), Jessica Kurkjian-Dassinger (Jordan), Jacob Hendrickson, Courtney Henning and Ryan Holmes; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Genesis, Alexia, Skylar and Jory Jr..
