David Charles Hartman Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 27, 2025, at the age of 85, David Charles Hartman (Grand Rapids, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hartman and Edna Hartman (Stoddard); his brother James Hartman; his aunts, Edith Pullen (Stoddard) and Ruth Gryska (Stoddard); his cousins, Stephen, Mildred Hartman, Kenneth Pullen and John E. Gryska; and his friends, Henry Adema and Norman Merrow.
He is survived by: his son Randon Figger; his cousins, Elizabeth, Jimmy Voorheis, Marcus, Tamara Hartman, Frank and Kim Hartman; and his friends, Faith Figger, Ryan, Jamie Figger, Rachelle, Josh Sova, Karl, Judy Doezema, Kurtis, Aimee Doezema, Joy Doezema, Ken, Kathy Doezema, Shirley Adema, Steve Adema, Theresa Merrow, Clifton Merrow, Richard and Pat Metcalfe of England. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Battlefield Trust, Mount Vernon Ladies' Association (for the preservation of George Washington's Mount Vernon) or to Reyers North Valley Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
