He is survived by: his children, Michelle McCoy (McDonald), Michael McDonald, Denise Mattson (Holtzlander) and Adam Holtzlander; and his siblings, Linda Eckelstafer (Holtzlander), Nella Svboda (Holtzlander), Jim Holtzlander, Tom Pace and Lori Petty. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
