He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Theule and Elizabeth Theule. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, David Theule II, Melissa Wilkins, Cynthia Lally and Amanda Smith (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica Guarino (Jacob), Daniel Smith (Mallory), Catherine Lally, Josiah Smith (Brianna), Alexander Wilkins, Levi Smith (Kennedie), Kayla Wilkins, Isaiah Smith, Hannah Lally, Nathaniel Smith (Elana), Rebekah Conran (Liam), Rachael Smith and Joshua Smith; and his sisters, Mary Hoffmeyer and Jane Theule. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
