He is survived by: his wife Kay Swan; his children, Kris Jeltema, Scott Wynalda and Karen Daniel (Steve); his grandchildren, Jennifer Ellison (Jason), Derek Chapman (Samantha), Dana Troyanowski and Andrew Jeltema (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Alex, Adam, Sophia, Fritz, Evelyn, Lucas and Emily; his brother Mike Wynalda (Barb); and his brother-in-law Kendrick Swan (Vivian).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of David may be directed to Mel Trotter Ministries.
