She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kozarski and Sophie Kozarski; her husband Jim; and her cousin Joan Richards. She is survived by: her sons, Ken Firlik (Robin) of Holland, John Hulsebus (Olga) of Mattawan and Joe Hulsebus (Lana) of Oshtemo; her grandchildren, Alixandria Scott (Kevin), Chelsia Firlik, Laura Hulsebus, Beau Firlik (Amber) and Luke Hulsebus; and her great grandchildren, Kendyl Scott, Annalise Myers, Everett Myers, Hudson Myers and Kole Scott. She is also survived by care givers and friends.
