He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Arp; his parents, Robert Arp and Marie Arp; his stepson Shawn McComb; his uncle Don; and his aunt Juanita.

He is survived by: his children, Scott Arp (Jody) and Brenda Ruder (Bill); his grandchildren, Brianna, Phoenix, Bishop, Isaac and Shawn McComb Jr.; his great grandchild Lucas; and his cousin Mary Hollander (Hank).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
