She was predeceased by: her husband Carl "Red" Burns; her grandson Brian Reiffer; her parents, Charlie Brown and Alvina Brown; and her siblings, Shirley Momber, Carlene Rau, Marlene Wahlfield and James Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Reiffer (Larry), Richard Burns (Jane), Thomas Burns (Mary), Patricia Burns, Charles Burns (Sheryl), Mary Rasch (Joe), Sharon Pouba (Jeff) and James Burns; and her siblings-in-law, Gerrie Brown, Rita Burns, Margaret Bunce, Marilyn Erwin and Ray Rau. She is also survived by twenty seven grandchildren; thirty two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Corewell Health Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association of West Michigan.
