He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Steele and Joseph Steele; and his siblings, Joseph Steele Jr. and Mimi Doolittle. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Steele; his son Kevin Steele (Christina); his siblings, Richard Steele (Margaret), Paul Steele (Mary), Keri Johnson (Tim) and Tim Steele (Colleen); his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Steele; his granddaughters, Ariana Misra and Marianne Kerr; and his great-uncle Herman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
