She is survived by: her siblings, Alicia Robison, Maria Elena Moreno, Raul Gonzalez (Minnie), Frank Gonzales (Mary Helen), Louis Gonzales (Sharon) and Jesse Gonzales (Susie); and her sister-in-law Linda Gonzales.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Marywood Chapel of the Word (111 Lakeside Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Sister Dorena's name may be made to the Grand Rapids Dominican Sisters.
