She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kempf and Eleanor Kempf (Peters); her sibling-in-law Jeri Sandt (Bill); her sister Elaine Maurer (Roy); her brother-in-law Terry Campbell (Jan); and her son-in-law Steve Gosnell.
She is survived by: her husband Howard C. Campbell; her children, Scott D. Campbell (Dawn), Sheri L. Gosnell (late Steve) and Steven C. Campbell (Betsy); her grandchildren, Grant Campbell (Caitie), Steven Gosnell, Christie Campbell (Bobby Driskill), Samantha Gosnell, Michael Gosnell (Julia) and Amelia Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Malcolm Campbell, Maeve Driskill and Juniper Gosnell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dorothy's name may be given to Faith Hospice (faithhospicecare.org).
