She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck; her son Tim (Carol Hovingh); her grandson Ben Hovingh; and her siblings, Ivy (Kenneth Cranmer), Marjorie (Hugh Frederiksen) and Wayne Thurkettle.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis and Mike Hovingh; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kendra Hovingh, Jillian, Brandon Willoughby, Andrew, Marissa Hovingh, Carlyn, Matt Hoeppner, David, Theresa Hovingh, Lindsay Hovingh, Blake, Jenna Hovingh, Justin, Carrie Foster, Anna, Marco Ramirez, Jae Wheeler and Kristi Hovingh; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Cathrin, James, Liv Hovingh, Hailey, Emmett, Julian, Emily, Elizabeth, Jonathon, Hadley, Hudson and Theo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
