She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seman and Mary Seman (Baranic); and her siblings, Andy Seman, Mary Goman, Eddie Seman, Paul Seman, John Seman, Steve Seman, Patty Seman, James Seman and Bill Seman.
She is survived by: her children, Adam Weiss, John Weiss and Carolyn Seaver; and her grandsons, James Seaver (Meaghan), Colin Seaver and Henry Seaver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was also a member of a knitting club dedicated to donating hand-knit items to new mothers.
