He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann; his parents, Bert and Vergie; his brother Earl Terpstra; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Door, Frank Ringewold, Dennis and Kathy Door.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Radford (Russ) and Tracey Helmholdt (Scott); his grandchildren, Heather Radford, Cassidy Eckhart (Andrew), Carter Radford, Ty Helmholdt, Trevor Helmholdt and Jameson Helmholdt; his great grandchild Cora; his sister Diane Koster; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Terpstra, Gina Evers (Randy), Donna Ringewold, Linda Meyer (Del), Bonnie Vrieswyk (Keith), Jack Door (Sharon), Sandy Sorenson (George) and Pat Andrakowicz (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gun Lake Chapel, Rush Creek Bible Church, or Moline Christian School.
