He was predeceased by: his siblings, David and Denise Brower. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Kevin Smith, Sr. (Karen), Paul Smith (Irene), Steve Smith (Kathleen Conlin) and Kasie Carlson; his grandchildren, Kevin Smith Jr., Bradley Smith, Nicholas Smith (Becca), Michael Smith, Brittany Hagopian, Titania Lyon (Jon), Kathryn Kerr (Nick), Skyler Carlson, McKenzie Carlson and Tessa Carlson; his siblings, Janine Ottenweiss, Patti Stefans (Rick) and Fred Smith (Nancy); his brother-in-law Jerry Fouch (Sue); and his stepbrother Charles (Chuck) Wirtz (Joann). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Durke may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org) and would be greatly appreciated.
