He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, Tamara Blake (Tim) and Katrina Perry (Jason); his son-in-law Rick Girgenti; his grandchildren, Travis Boyd (Teresa Patterson), Eric Girgenti (Saydie), Jonathan Blake, Kaitlyn and Hanna Perry; and his great grandchildren, Lotus and Jude Girgenti.
