He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd R. Hunkins and Norma L. Hunkins; and his brother Douglas Hunkins. He is survived by: his daughter Angie Hunkins (Willie Jones); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Alexie, Allen, Savannah and Staccia; and his great grandchildren, Amina, Ayven, Jayden and Ayzriel. He is also survived by 2 siblings and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes (1833 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
