He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Donatelli and Marie Donatelli; his siblings, Anthony, Florian, Margaret and Anna Mae; his brothers-in-law, Robert Dvorak and William McCauley; his in-laws, Barney and Dora Micek; his siblings-in-law, James (Caroline Micek), Frank Micek (Rita Micek), Chester Micek and Alice Hoff; his nephew Terry Micek; his nieces, Janet Kleveland and Karen Maurstad; Scott Dvorak.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Mary Rose Donatelli-Elliott (Tim) and Elisa Prusko; his sister Genevieve Dvorak; his in-laws, Jerry and Sheri Micek; his grandchildren, Erik Prusko, Dr. Ryan Prusko (Jovana Hanna), Alina Prusko and Sean Prusko; his extended family, Nhan Nguyen (Phil) and Kristine Phan-Nguyen; John Prusko, Erik Nguyen (family: Derek Nguyen, Andrew Nguyen, Snjezana, Ivan Nikolic), Matea Pejic, Marina Nikolic and George.
