He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Richard, Michael, Brad, Drew and Nicholas; his siblings, Jennie VanSetters, Joann Burke, John, Angel Cook, Marlene Heath, Bill and Linda Kasul; and his cousin Craig Chatman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
