He is survived by: his children, Mary, Michael (Amanda), David (Allison), Thomas, Andrew and Patrick; his grandchildren, Serena, Elliott, Caia and Kaylee; his sister Carol Malone (Steve); and his sister-in-law Sue. He is also survived by extended family, and many friends.
