He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Blaustein (Andrew) of Corvallis, OR and Christine Merryman (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Brendon Blaustein PharmD (Lisa) of Lake Oswego, OR, Katy Blaustein of Corvallis, OR and Conner Blaustein (Angie) of Corvallis, OR; and his great-nephews, Oscar and Julian Blaustein. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
