He was predeceased by: his parents, Aart Rysdyk and Sadie Rysdyk; his siblings, Jane Van Loozenoord (Gene), Oscar Rysdyk (Caroline), Bill Rysdyk (Alice), Flora VanderJagt (Len), John Rysdyk (Jean), Sadie Olejniczak (Tom), Art Rysdyk (Joan), Jack Rysdyk (Mary) and JoAnn Barnett; and his siblings-in-law, Lucille Cornelsen (Edmer) and Richard Voth.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Ed Rysdyk Jr., Susan Fawley (Craig) and Lisa Laansma (Jon); his granddaughters, Kiersten VanKerkhoff (Blake), Annalie Fawley and Jenna Fawley; his great grandchild Charles VanKerkhoff; and his siblings-in-law, Graham Barnett and Ruth Voth. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
