She was predeceased by: her parents, Arby Button and Beatrice Button (Shaw); her brothers, Keith Button, Willard Button and Harris Button; and her sister-in-law Joan Button (Seekman).
She is survived by: her husband Timothy McBride; her children, Marcie Kroening and Lindsay Alarcon (Renato); her grandchildren, Keegan Kroening (Kelsey), Logan Kroening, Chloee Kroening (Xavier Kelly), Sophia Alarcon and Kaelyn Alarcon; her great grandchildren, Kataleena, Emersyn and Lyla; and her sister-in-law Gloria Button (Bell).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lee Chapel - Family Center (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elaine's memory to the American Cancer Society or Habitat for Humanity.
