She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Welton and Minetta Welton. She is survived by: her husband Max Smith; and her sons, Kevin Max of Nashville and Derek (Leslie) of Comstock Park. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Hospice.
