He is survived by: his wife Nita; his son Steffen (Ann); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Zachary, Abigail, Shanice and MacKenzie; his siblings, Donna, Bernie and Brenda; his brother-in-law Idzerd Van Dellen (Ed); and his cousin Idzerd Bouwsema (Ed). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
