We bid farewell to Ernest Leep of Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Ernest touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Leep and Irene Leep; his brother Harold; and his sister-in-law Jean. He is survived by: his wife Mary Leep (Piersma); his children, Chris (Ken VanWeerdhuizen), Scott (Brenda Leep), Rick Leep (Susan Fox) and Mike (Amy Leep); and his grandchildren, Jen (Gerrit), Becca (Jason), Lisa, Rachel (Eric), Anna (Don), Holly (Matt), Alex (Jeff), Tim (Lauren), Brandi (Nik), Kegan (Rachel), Dawson (Gracey), Esther, Remi and Isabelle. He is also survived by his 21 great-grandchildren and their spouses; and his 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Covenant Christian Reformed Church (7171 Willard Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
