It is with sadness that the passing of Fern M. Dirksen of Grand Rapids, Michigan is shared. Fern, born on April 14, 1925, passed away on September 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Fern will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulda Brown and Alfred Brown; her husband Raymond; and her children, Diane Snyder and David Dirksen.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Yoder and Steven Dirksen. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Clark Retirement Community (1551 M. L. K. Jr St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506).
