He is survived by: his wife Nancy D'Amico; his daughter Anna; his son-in-law Stan Rosenburg; his daughter Mara D'Amico; his son-in-law Michael Brouri; his grandchildren, Nolan, Drew Rosenburg and Kareem Brouri-D'Amico; his brother Sam D'Amico; and his sister-in-law Diane Niehof.
