He was predeceased by: his mother Ermina Lopez; his adoptive mother Ruth Mills; and his pet Pearl. He is survived by: his son Dominik; and his siblings, Analiza Mejia-Urias (Carlos), Staice Johnson, Theodore Lopez (Kelly), Helen Andrew, Shelby Andrew, Jeff Mills and Jason Mills. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and many family and friends.
