Geraldine Prins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Prins of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 5, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Prins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Prins; her siblings, Gordon, George, Russ Vanderwerp and Helen; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn, Linnie, Kay, Norma Vanderwerp and Edward Yonker Jr. Jeri.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Stuursma (Edward) and Rose Prins; and her siblings, Marjorie Yonker and Stuart Vanderwerp.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fuller Ave. Christian Reformed Church (1239 Fuller Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Fuller Ave Church Food Pantry would be appreciated.
