He is survived by : his children, Glen Johnson, Joe Johnson (Mindy), Kevin Johnson (Tammi), Ted Pasche, Kindra VanSlyke, Beth Morris, Steve Carpenter (Mary) and Matthew Timmers; and his pet Max. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
