He was predeceased by: his son Christopher. He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his son Mark Althouse (Kristine); his daughter-in-law Therese Althouse Lamport; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hicks (Dean) and Henry Hoekstra (Bette). He is also survived by two grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
