She is survived by: her husband Bill Kempf; her children, Noreen Organek (Rob), Laurie Blase (Jay Martinez) and Michael Blase (Heather); her stepsons, Kirk Kempf and Brian Kempf; her cousin Ida Bender (Steve); and her grandchildren, Samantha Organek, Zackary Blase, Rebecca Organek, Noah Blase, Tara Blase and Hunter Kempf. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, in-laws, and cousins.
