He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Spratling and Frances Spratling (Sommerdyke); his wife Joyce Jablonski; his brothers, Robert, Donald and Ronald; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Pennington, Charles Piette, Lois Spratling and Shirley Spratling.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Spratling (Cheryl) and Karen Wentworth (Scot); his granddaughters, Trisha Usinger (Mat) and Amy Spratling (Ty Erickson); and his sisters, Barbara Pennington and Susan Piette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
