He is survived by: his children, Mike Golub (Mary), Dave Golub (Julie), Bob Golub (D'Anne) and Mary Ann Mark (Joe); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pugliese (Joe), Jon Golub (Laura), Kevin Golub, Katie Helfmann, Sarah Mokma, Becky Golub, Andy Mark (Caitlin), Tom Mark (Sally) and John Mark (Bridget); and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Cole Pugliese, Hudson, Liliana Golub, Nick, Chris Helfmann, Emi, Katie Mark, Mason, Matthew and Marlee Mark.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the East Mortuary (937 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (1120 4 Mile Rd NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525).
