She was predeceased by: her husband Leo P. Boruta; and her siblings, Mary Hendges, Estelle Opacki, Victoria Hendges, Joseph Stasiak and Harriet Sevic.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ashbay (Douglas), Mike Boruta (Linda), Mary Ellen Boruta, Bob Boruta (Shelly), Carol Boruta and Joyce Essich (Craig); her grandchildren, Caryn Ashbay-Gillespie (Greg), Mark Ashbay (Sara), Kevyn Ashbay (Melinda), Sarah Zopf (Eric), Tom Boruta (Aimee), Mike Boruta (Jane), Ian Essich, Dominic Essich and Gabriel Essich; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Joel, Owen, Abby, Allie, Nate, Audrey, Morgan, Haley and Frankie; her sister Connie Hendges (Don); and her sister-in-law Nancy Boruta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
