He is survived by: his friend Henry; his son Henry Jr. As (Teresa Kamp Jr.); his wife Nicolena "Lena" Kamp; his daughters, Betty, Mary (Joel Beeke) and Linda (Pete Van Beek); his grandchildren, Anne Van Solkema (Joel), Sherry Robertson (Nathan), Calvin Beeke (Laura), Esther Engelsma (James), Lydia Epp (Isaac), Bruce Van Beek (Emily), Jesse Van Beek (Kaitlynn), Anna Frandle, Leah Basting (Jade), Courtney Byl, Hannah Fintelman (Jason), Aaron Kamp (Maddy), Phillip Kamp (Emily), Marisa Kamp and Ethan Kamp; his sister Gertrude Westrate; and his sisters-in-law, Emeline Kamp and Judy Van Setten. He is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
