He is survived by: his children, John Mulder, Josh Mulder (Andrea) and Jamie Cundiff (Eric); his grandchildren, Rachel, Aria and Blake; his sisters, Kathy Maas (Bill) and Mary Kloster; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Mulder.
